Can I buy from your lot or do I have to order?
We try to keep a good selection of inventory in stock ready to be delivered, however if we do not have what you are looking for, we can order it.
What is the time frame for a custom order?
The time frame for a custom order is usually 2 to 6 weeks depending on the time of year.
How does your rent to own option work?
We offer a 36 or 48 month rent to own option. We require 10% down and you can choose either 36 or 48 months for the balance. There are no prepay penalties if you pay the building off earlier.
What is required for site prep?
We prefer the site is level, however we can use blocks. On our larger buildings the site should have either gravel or a concrete pad.
Is delivery and set up included in the price?
Normal delivery is free within 25 miles. Over 25 miles is $2.00 per loaded mile.
Do I need a permit for my building?
Most of our buildings do not require a permit. It is the responsibility of the customer to buy a permit or receive consent from an HOA if one is necessary.
